Regulatory agencies such as USEPA, PR Environmental Quality Board or the PR Department of Health requires that all WWTP, WTP and pump stations have an O&M Manual. Each one has guidelines for developing the documents. ETAG has over 14 years of experience developing manuals for government, industry and contractors. Well trained operators is equivalent to a good operation. New treatment technologies and stricter regulations requires for constant education of our personnel. - Operators Certification Preparation Course

Since 1973, PR Rule 53 requires that all treatment plants in Puerto Rico operate under the responsibility of Certified Operators. Drinking Water & Wastewater certifications have four classes, running from I (basic) to IV (more complex). ETAG was a pioneer in developing a preparatory course for operators certification, and our hands on experience helps us with an effective delivery. - Tank Cleaning Services (WEDA Technology)

ETAG uses WEDA Water Technology to clean your water tanks. Our equipment and procedures went through evaluation of the PRDOH, who later concluded that it complied with requirements for use in drinking water tank maintenance.
